. LONDON, October 12. .: (Received Oct. 13, at 10.3 p.m.). The Daily Telegraph states that another warship of the same size and somewhat of the same power as the cruiser Spartiate goes to Australia, bringing the squadron level to the North American station.
(Received Oct. 13, at 10.28 p.m.) The. Times says that the statement that the Spartiate will be the flagship for the Australian station is incorrect, and adds that there is no present intention of relieving the Royal Arthur.
Vice-Admiral Fanshawe sails , for Australia in the steamer Orient early in December.
