«tf Messrs Dalgety aucl Co. (Limited) report having received the following cable from their head office, dated London, September 26: —"Wool market very firm, and prices are higher, especially for good merino wools fairly free from faults; but faulty scoured merino bellies, pieces, and locks are relatively neglected. Pricea for fine crossbred wools have gained further ground, and good greasy crossbred and medium qualities are higher by 5 to 7£ per cent."
