Correspondence need net be specially iiddressiifl. NOTE. The postage oft letters for Australia has been reduced to one penny for each half-ounce or friction thereof. Newspapers fot the Australian States (except Queensland, which is Jd for eVery 2oz), ohe penny each. The piiblie are reminded that the postage on newsuapets for the United Kingdom, Queensland, arid foreign countries is Jd for the first ion, tltid Ad for each additional 2oz; and unless newspapers are fully prepaid the department cannot guarantee to forward them by the quickest routes.
