INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION.
Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright. THE HAGUE, August 28. (Received August 29, at 9.29 a.m.) The Arbitration Tribunal liave been convened to arbitrate the first case of difference. The dispute is between the United States and Mexico as to which is liable to pay the pensions of Californian clergy since the beginning'of the war.
