DART RIVER COLD DREDGING COMPANY.
' TO THE EDITOR. Sip.,—When the prospectus of the above company was issued no more than "s per share was to be called up. Several shareholders have been sued for ait extra Is per share, and judgment in default' given' against them. It is strange that the liquidators have dropped 011 a tew of the,-very remote shareholders who hold a small number of shares, and who would not go to the expense of going to Dunedin to defend their cases. If the company are in the right, why not start witli some of the large shareholders, who might go to the expense oi defending 'their cases, or sue all shareholders, large and small, far and near? The aciion of the liquidators looks very much l'ke feeling
their way.-
