NEW ZEALAND UNIVERSITY. Tlie Hon. E. JENKINSON resumed the debate on tho second' reading of tho Now Zealand University Aot Amendment Bill. Tho Hon. W. C. WALKER replied, and tho 'bill was read a second time on the voices, The Land Transfer, Act Amendment and Habeas Corpus Extension were road a second time, ' The Council rose at 3.55.
