Apologies were received from .Messrs T. 11. HidJlle. ston, (i. M'Millan, and P. W. Peters. It was decided to appoint Messrs Caddio and Archer as linemen and Messrs Sparrow and Nowall .15 goal-line umpires ill the final for the Charity Banner. The Referees' Club reported that Mr Wilson had boon appointed referee in the final for the Banner to be nlayod at Carisbrook 011 Saturday, August Z. It was decided that all'fixtures for next Saturday lie declared off, owing to the final being played. It was resolved to ask the Mormmiton School for a repott on the match Mornington v. Caversham, in which match it- was alleged that- they had played a boy who was not a bona.{hie,member.of the school. It was decided to call it special meeting for Monday, August 4-, to consider the northern tour and general: . also to call a ccneral moetini of the -0.1'.A. on i'liduy.
August 7, to—(1) discuss tho allocation of tho ilunior Cup;i (2) pass, if thought fit, tho following resolution-" That tho Otago Football Association bccomo incorporated under the "Unclassified Societies Registration Act, 1895." Messrs Duncan, Peters, and Wilson were elected trustees of the association.
