It was decided to appoint Messrs Caddio and Archer as linemen and Messrs Sparrow and Nowall .15 goal-line umpires ill the final for the Charity Banner. The Referees' Club reported that Mr Wilson had boon appointed referee in the final for the Banner to be nlayod at Carisbrook 011 Saturday, August Z. It was decided that all'fixtures for next Saturday lie declared off, owing to the final being played. It was resolved to ask the Mormmiton School for a repott on the match Mornington v. Caversham, in which match it- was alleged that- they had played a boy who was not a bona.{hie,member.of the school.
