UNIVERSITY CONFERENCE.
Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyrisht, LONDON, July 30. (Received July 31, at 1.10 a.m.) The Colonial Office has issued a statement ill connection with the recent University Conference. It asserts that representatives of Oxford cipress tho utmost willingness to meet colonial views, and disclaims any intention of conflicting with the work or claims of other universities. ' Satisfactory results are anticipated.
