If nn amicable arrangement fails 21,000 men will be thrown idle. STRIKE IN EASTERN GALLICIA. MADRID, July 28. (Received July 29, at 9.-10 a"m.) The agricultural labourers in Eastern Galicia have risen against the landed proprietors. Upwards of 100,000 are' on strike, gome excesses have been committed.
