TO THE EDITOR. _ Sir,-By tho report of the Magistrate's Court ill the Times to-day I sea that three mifovInnate shareholders in tho above company were sued lot is per share, and judgment \yas given against them by default. Why did tliev not appear and dispute the claim? It could not bo lagally enforced, as by the terms of tile prospectus 110 more than 7s per slime was' to be called tip without a unanimous vote of tho shareholders. There lm3 been more bungliii" in the management of this claim than in any oilier I have invested in. I hope the shareholders will combine to defend any court cases to enforce payment of this cstr#.
