Preis Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, July 24. (Received July 24, at 10.52 a.m.) The Senate is considering the Exeisa Bill. The proposed amendments to tho tea, sugar, starch, and tobacco duties were all negatived. The Federal House struck out the provisions in the Electoral Bill requiring the voter to vote to the full number of candidates to be elected to the Senate and the contingent vote for the election of representatives.
