Potatoes ore required Id bo delivered early ill August, but not without 10 days' notice being given of the exact date on which delivery is required. The Secretary reserves the right- to reject Potatoes of inferior quality at the port of j delivery, and will require the contractor to replace any Potatoes so rejected.
