Mrs Annie M'Killop, a widow, aged 30 years, while walking in company with Mr Charles Smerdon, suddenly fell on the footpath in Symonds street to-day. A doctor was summoned immediately, and pronounced her dead. ■ CHRISTCHURCH. July 11. John Xelson, a farmer at Hororata, was thrown from a trap on Tuesday, and has died from injuries sustained. •
