The programme presented by Dix's Gaiety Company is of sncli all-round excellence that it has been drawing audiences smell above the average all the week. To-night is the last appearance but one iu this city of Miss Lfcie ICirk, Mr Fraijk Leon, Miss Olive Lenton, Miss Jennie Johnston, Mis 3 Madgo Morriss and'Mr James Harvey. Every one of v'fjse artists is much above the average, so playgoers should not miss these last two opportunities. Five new artists are announced to appear on Saturday night. The principal turn will be that oi the '" Juvenile Dartos," who. have causcd' quite a sensation in tho northern 'ties.. They- are two Sydney natives .named Dceima and Eddie it-Lean, and are aged respectively 10 and 12. Old playgoers who reniember. " M'Lean's Troubadors,"' who performed in tho old Queen's Tjieatre, will no doubt recollect p. clever young-'girl named Emily Fox. Miss Fox in after' years became Mrs Jl'Lean, and the children appearing on Saturday are the offspring of that marriage.
