BY-LAW -No. 2. ■ • PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Provisions of " The Municipal' Corporations Act, 1900," that, on THURSDAY the 21th day of July. One Thousand Nine Hundred and Two, the Council of the.
