Excellent entries and acceptances have been received by the club, and a real good day's sport is assured, no less than 10 being engaged in tho Hurdle Handicap and 11 in the chief roc?, (the Birthday Handicap), including such well-known performers as Pampero, Dmidaa, Jupiter, Canteen, Calibre, Terrapin, My Lillian, and others. This event alone should be well worth r. visit to Wingalui to see. In tho Tradesmen's Handicap, of six furlongs, the well-known sprinters Blazer, Goldspur, Red Gauntlet, Windwhistle, t.nd others are engaged. The minor events have also filled well, and a big attendance on the opening day of the meeting (Wednesday, 21st) is anticipated.
