THE HAGI'E, September 25. (Received Sept. 25, nt 1Q.56 p.m.) A motor par at the Linibiirg iiiunoenvr.es Overturned, injuring the occupants. The German and Belgian attaches, it is feared, are fatally injured. A captain on the Butch staff was seriously and the Russian aittl Norwegian attaches slightly injured.
