i Friday, Mabch 15. (Before Mr E. H. Carew, S.M.) Judgment was given for the plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases:—F. Hyams (for whom Mr Solomon applied) v. J as. M'Kinley (Kumara), claim £7, for goods sold; the New Zealand Hardware Company (for whom Mr Brent appeared) v. the Waikaka Queen Gold Dredging Company, claim £77 IBs 7d, for gondii supplied, etc.; Moke Creek Dredging Company (for whom Mr Stilling appeared) v. Denis Callagban (Alexandra), ckfm £28 On, for allotment money and calls due on shares; same v. John 6. Corsan, claim £14 2a IOd; Bame v. James Kiakcr (Alexandra South), claim £2S 6s'; same v. James Watson (Alexandra South), claim £25 15s 8d; Dawson and Co. v. Walter Stewart, claim £5 4s fid, balance nf account due for poods eupplied; Henry Dunnings (for whom Ifr Wilkinson appeared) v, Kate M'Kinlay (Gore), olniin £] 19s 2d. for meat supplied; Daniel Murphy (foi whom Mr Cook appeared) v. Mark Webb, claim £5"155, for rent duo. John M'Donold v. John Lee.—Claim £i IGb 9d, ou a judgment summons.—There was no appearance of defendant, who was ordered to pay the amount, chimed, with costs, by weekly instalments, in default seven days' imprisonment. Kobert C. Moore v. John Anderson—Claim £6 18.i ii, on a judgment Bummone.-'Mr AVilkineon appeared for the plaintiff, The defendant, who did not appear, wae ordered to pay the amount claimed, with costs, by monthly instalments, in default 10 days' imprisonment. / Charles Clarke (Allanton) v. John and Alexander Wilson (Kaikorai).-Claim £23 2s, for the agistment of 21 head o( cattle at 2s per head for 11 weeks.—Mr Solomon appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Sim for the defendants, who paid £13 12s, with coats (19s), into court in satisfaction of the claim.—After evidemee, judgment was given for the palintiff for the ■amount paid inlo court, with costs to defendant (£d 6s).
