NEW ZEALAND RIFLE ASSOCIATION.
(Per United Press Association.) OHRISTCHUECH, February 1. Lieutenant-colonel Sommerville has. been informed by the Government that' there will not be sufficient .303 rifles to issue to South Island competitors at the Rifle Association meeting. North Island competitors have been supplied with these arms.
