LONDON, December 23. (Received Dec. 24, at 8.46 a.m.).

The assets of the Standard Hank of South Africa have been transferred from the branches in the disturbed districts to Port Elizabeth. The Bank of Africa have taken no special precautions in connection with their branches. The Law department has taken the precaution to remove nil the records of the treason tribunal which lately set ,at Colesburg.
