The Conciliation Board delivered to-day their award in respect to the wharf labourers' dispute. It is the same as that of June last, except that the penalties for breach of the award are fixed—viz., £10 10s for any breach (provided it is agreed not to exceed £500), and the term of the award is extended to the 30th June, 1902. No recommendation is made as to the Employers' Committee dispute.
