Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BRUSSELS, December 24. (Received Dec. 25, at 1.15 a.m.) The Antwerp strikers mobbed imported workmen. The police used their revolvers, charging the rioters. Thirty rioters and police were wounded, ten being seriously so.

The Conciliation Board delivered to-day their award in respect to the wharf labourers' dispute. It is the same as that of June last, except that the penalties for breach of the award are fixed—viz., £10 10s for any breach (provided it is agreed not to exceed £500), and the term of the award is extended to the 30th June, 1902. No recommendation is made as to the Employers' Committee dispute.
