THE WEATHKR NOW FINE. LONDON. April 20. There has been a deluge of rain in the Free State. Che dams are full and the grass is abundant. The completion of the Bethulie bridge enables 15 instead of three trains to run to Bloemfontein daily. , April 21. (Received April 22, at 5.10 p.m.) The weather is now fine, but Lord Roberts is till delayed, owing lo the imI pussuble condition of the drifts.
