A WARNING.
We have been requested to again warn ihe public against contributing towards the nurses' fund Ito any unauthorised collectors. This has been urged by the collectors themselves. Somel unauthorised collectors who have acted in good faitli have obtained amounts and promptly transferred them to the committee, but if this method of procedure was permitted it would open the door | to fraud. The public are therefore requested to give their contributions only to collectors who wear badges and produce books certified to by Mr Kempthorne, in which' event, of course, there need be no doubt or hesitation. ;
