The COMMITTEE REQUEST all DONORS of HORSES to ALLOW the Committee to MAKE ALL PURCHASES.on their behalf by moans of their Representatives, so as to ensuro that the Horse will be up to the standard required. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, the CAMP will ONLY BE OPEN to the GENERAL PUBLIC BETWEEN the hours of C and 8 p.m. This has been found necessary to prevent the largo number of visitors attending and interfering with the Officers in their duties. PERMITS may be obtained from the.
