TO TJIK ISBtTOU. Sir,—Why should wo not soud every man who presents himself for enrolment and is lit to the Transvaal? This restriction (o 150 will prevent many: men well qualified, and they will go back to their homes disappointed and disgusted. This war is not to be finished, it may be, for months yet, and tho trouble will be shortly to get men when they are wanted.
