During this time the public has been often'seriouslymeonyenienced and the street lines have been in a disgraceful and sometimes dangerous state.' From present appearances this may continue into or beyond tho coming winter. Surely the Dunedin and Roslyn Councils should take some action in this matter.—l am, etc., ■ ' . . ■ Resident. '
