Late letters, 10.45 ;■ also on the mail van up to 11 a.m. Br>nks and newspapers, 10 a.m. Late-fee letters must bear, in -addition to tho ordinary postage—ld for inland letters, 2d for letters for Australia, and the South Sea Islands, MONDAY, JANUARY 20. For Southland, Australian Colonies (via Hobart), India, China, Straits Settlements, South Africa, Mauritius, Mediterranean ports, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, per Talune, at 1 p.m. /Money order and registered letters at 12 o'clock noon. Books and newspapers, etc.,-at 12 o'clock A-supplementary mail will be made up at 3.30 (overland), to connect with the Talune at the fiijjff Due in London 11th March. TTOSDA.Y, JANUARY. 30.. i'Vir i'Jbd'kern Ports, per Wostralia, at 2 Mails for South Afria, per Waikare, will close at Wellington on Saturday, 27th, at 2 p.m., connecting at Melbourne with- the Strathona, leaving about the 2nd February. Mails for Cromarty, Puysegur Point, and Tq Oneroa, will close at Invercargill on' the Ist r February, at 12.30 p.m. '' Mails for South Africa, per Claverdon, will close at Lyttelton on the 3rd February, at 8 p.m. - ■ NOTICE.
