A FEELING OF RELIEF.
GENERAL BULLER AND THE WHITE
FLAG. LONDON, January 25. To a large extent the news of the capture of Spion Kop has created a feeling of intense relief among the public.
General Buller has directed that the white flag be disregarded unless the enemy halt and at once lay down their rifles and throw up their arms.
The General plainly accuses the Boers with being guilty of treachery, deceit, and conspiracy.
