Monday, November 27. "' ' (Before Mr C. C. Graham, 'SH) Judgment for the plaintiff, with costs, was given in each of the following cases —Dal^ety and Co., Limited (for whom Mr Cook appeared) v. "William Alexander (South Dunedin), claim £18 13s 10d, goods supplied; Slout, Mondy, and Sim (for whom Mr Finch appeared) v. Harry Franklin, claim £1 11s 6d, professional servicst rendered; John M'Kay (for whom Miss Benjamin appeared) v. William Pine (Orepuki), claim £3 8s Id, goods supplied. William Pine v. P. J. Bellett —Claim, £6 10s, for wages.—Mr Calvert appeared for plairitiffj and Mr Macdonald for defendant—There was a cross action, in which P. J. Bellett sued Wm Pine for £5 14s, for board and lodging—After evidence judgment was given against defendant (Bellett) in the first case for £6 3s 4d, (and costs), and against defendant (Pmc) in the crosa action for £3 10s, and costs. ~ James Kennedy v. John Newlands.—Claim £4 7s 6d, half cost of fencing.—Mr Gilvert appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Sim for defendant. —After evidence judgment was given for defendant with £1 13s costs.
