Gampbell-Bannerman, referring to Lord Rosebery's advice in regard to the reconstruction of the Liberal party on the lines existing in 1885, condemned his Lordship's repudiation of the. Liberal ■policy of recent years.' The Irish.lndependent says that 20 Irish Nationalist votes will not be given, to the Liberals till the leaders of that party have repudiated Lord Rosebery's recommendation.
