WELLINGTON, April 20.

In an.action to decide the ultimate destination of the Porirua School reserve and accumulated''funds judgment was reserved. For the Crown it was contended that the Crown grant was void, and as the trustees for 50 years had failed to do anything, the money,' land, and everything fell in to the Crown. Each side propounded a scheme for utilising the endowment, but the Crown's left out mention of- religious education, which, the other side contended, was the very purpose for which the resorve was granted.
