Chapman reports that the company has-been floated-ahij registered. The capital of the company was over-subscribed. Messrs Arthur M. Sidey and Co.-reports that the shares-of "the ■\Ynimumu Extended Dredging Company:':';(L'imited), adjoining the Waimumu dredge, have: been largely over-sub-scribed.
