RELIEF TO STRIKERS.

LONDON, April 14.

In accordance with the recent decision of Mr Justice Romer, the Government Auditor has allowed relief to be given in kind to the miners on strike at MerthyrTydvil, the cost to be surcharged to the local guardians. The sum of £1000 will also be given in cash by way of relief of the necessitous.
