PARIS, April 13. Eclair has published the deposition of M. Trarieux, ex-Minister of Justice, before the Court of Cassation. M. Trarieux stated that Count Tornielli, the Italian Ambassador to France, .declared that Italy had had no relations with Dreyfus. He also deposed that Dreyfus was tiie victim of a mistake, and that another officer had communicated to Colonel Schwartzkoppen, military attache to the Germany Embassy, the bordereau documents.
