The Government have given orders for the Tutanekai to return at once to Auckland from Awanui. She could take 200 men at a pinch, and the Premier slates that 500 would bo in readiness in 18 hours if there were st.epmers to take them. He has not renewed the offer to the Home Government, as, if men are wanted; they are aware that the New .Zealand Government are prepared to Supply ,'them, and there are any number ready to go.
