The Upper Waipori Alluvial Gold Dredging Company (Limited) obtained last week 230z 17dwt of gold for 135 hours' dredging. The Jutland Flat (Waipori) Gold Mining Company (Limited) obtained last week 20oz Bdwt of gold for 123 hours wages' time; 117 hours' actual dredging. jj; r N. p. Hjorring, secretary of the Naseby Dredging Company, reports a return of 16oz"lldwt 12gr for the week. The Empire Gold Dredging Company (Limited) obtained 19oz 3dwt of gold last weelc. Mr W. Kemp has been appointed manager of the Champion Gold Mining Company (Limited). There were 14 applicants for the P°Tlie Morning Star Gold Mining Company (Preservation Inlet) are on good stone at present, and it is expected that the next return will bo a good one.
