Press Associatiolx—By Telegraph—Copyright. SAN FRANCISCO, January 15. (Received Jan. 16, at 11 a.m.) The British ship Andelana foundered in a squall off Tacoma,. Puget, Sound. Nineteen of the crew were drowned.
