MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Mondat; September 26. ' (Before Mr E. H. Carow, S.M.) Richard Sampson v. James Rhyn, claim t% for board and lodging and .money _lent.-Mr Riddell appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Hanlon for defendant.—After evidence, judgment was given for 2s 6d and costs (6s). Same v. Arnold Von der Merden, claim £2 4s, 'for board and lodging.—After evidence, the case. was adjourned.
