Acting on instructions received from the Grand Lodge of BngUnd, Lodge Ot»go, 844. E.C., held a special meeting to determine whether or not the lodge ahull. remain under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of BnglnntJ. A large muster of" members, vris' present. Bro. F. Foots, the Wornhipful Master, presided, and proposed the followine resolution:—" That this Lodge of Otago, 844, 8.C., do m»iut»iu its connection with and contiuu* its allegiance to the Grand Lodge of England." The motion was seconded by Bro. Barnard, W.M.-elect, And carried unanimously. I ' ,
