This latter invitation was accepted, and the brethren were requested to turn out in full regalia. One candidate was initiated into the first degree and another proposed for . membership. Bros. Carrick, Carpenter (No., 12), and JH'CaUum (Victoria) responded to a vote of thanks to the visitors. The Jodpe was then closed in ancient form by the W.M.
What with exhibitions, processions, &c, there will doubtless be " a good old time " at the Jubilee for most people. Participators, however, must ensure a really • presentable appearance, and half a dozen well-made shirts will go a Jong way to this end. Order early, as everybody will be busy in a few weeks' time.
