The weekly meeting of the Land Board, held on Wednesday, was attended by Messrs J. P. Maitland (chief commissioner), H. Clark, W. Dallas, J. Duncan, and H. H. Kirkpatrick. Rock and Pillar.—Mr JR. J. Kinsman renewed ms application tor a license over the minin<» reserve fronting section 29, block I, Rock and Pillar district.—Declined Upper Taiem.-Mts E. J. Hall applied for A? em ( R« ont r m residence upon small grazing Run No 20} Upper Taieri district-Consideration deferred. Town of Cr.YDE.-Mr W. J. Holt applied for a renewal of his yearly license to ocdupy an area of 10 acres in the town of Clyde.—License renewed on former terms; rent £1, license fee £1 Is Removal oi? Moeraki Town.—Mr Charles Nygren applied to transfer miscellaneous license 625, being part of reserve F, Moeraki Town, to MrF. Burgesou.— Transfer approved. Sutherland wrote with regard to the valuation for the improvements upon section 11a, Puketapu estate.—The writer to be informed of the resolution of the board.dealJng with the matter. Arrears of Rent Paid.—The Receiver of -Land Revenue reported that Thoma3 Hannah, whose lease in perpetuity section 151 was declaved forfeited, had now paid all arrears of rent. —lne resolution forfeiting lease was rescinded. fc>MALL Grazing Runs.—Ranger Atkinson forwarded a ret)ol-t upon the fallowing small grazing runs:-R.
