Dunedis Rifle Club.
On Saturday afternoon the Dunedia Riflß Club fired tha first competition for the New Zealand Rifle Assoctatioa's bronzs medal, also the first of two handicap matches for the second, team for a trophy presented by Messrs l'erEnsson and Mitchell. ' Ranges—2oo, 500, and 600 yards; seven shots at each; kneeling or nittius •at 200j-ds. The weather was beantifully fine, but just a trifle too vrarm for good shooting. The day was very bright, and the scoring all through was pour, the ammunition being considerably at fault.
