The members of the Dunedin GolE Ciub.met at their links st Maori Hill on Satnrday last, to hold their annual competition for the president's St. Andrew's Cross; The weather waa ! most propitious for golfing, and a gentle breeze j regulated the temperature to a pleasant degree. A good muster rallied for and seemed to enjoy the game, which was completed in two and a-half hours. Tha lady members of the club ] dispanted afternoon tea in the club cottage, and i this'was much xpprecinted by the players. Mr ,W. C.
