Jekyn Cooper, of Cooper's Australasian Exploration Company. The terms provide that the company shall work tho ground for live months, at the end : of which a company is to be formed with a capital i of £150,000 in £1 shares, the vendors to hay 50,600; a working capital of £25,000 to be provided. Mr Cooper takes the property over at once. , ■ ' - £4500 has been paid iiy tie .New Zealand Mines Trust (Limited) on account of the optioa for the Kapai-Vermont mine, a company to be floated before the end of the present month ; the amount J stated above to be fetcited if not successfully \ floated; and to form part of the working capital if floated. Central shareholders get £3120 of this and Pilot shareholdsts £1350. -.•■■<■. £1000 of the - New Tekafcea purchase money was received in Auckland. Shareholders also receive I 30,000 shores. A cablegram was received to-day slating that a substantial remittance has besn made to Auckland on tiiis behalf. The purchase money of the Waitekauri Amalcamatcd has been received, and will bo paid over tomorrow. The property comprises the Nebraska, Anglian, and Australian Mystery claims—in all • 100 ocre3. The compnr.y has a capital of £150,000 and a working capital of £40,000. A deposit of £400 was paid over to-day for the option of the New WJkau and Clunes property. The option expires on the 16th inst., and if the company is not takea up by the 16tu tha above sum will be forfeited. > The Moanataiari luoathly clean up from 474 tons treated gives 1390z gold, of the value of £370.
