PRINCE LOBANOFF'S DEATH.
♦ ■■■■ Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. Vienna, September 1. Tha circumstances attending Prince Lobauoffs death, were very unusual. Tha Czar stopped the train as he wished to walk, and desired Prince Lobanofi to accompany him. The Prince waa taken ill directly he left the carriage, and died bsfore he could re-enter it. The death has caused a painful impression throughout Europe, and was a great shock to the Czar and Czarina. The latter is likely to return to Hcueia. The foreign policy of, Russia is nof likely to be affected.
