The Bank of New Zealand Estates Realisation Board offered the Huuga Hunga estate, near Te Aroha, to the Land Purchase Board, but the chairman of that body reported adversely, and the Rsaliß&tion Board have decided to write to the Minister for Lands asking that the decision ba reconsidered.

Tha following estates are also under offer to the Purchase Board : —Eikbink, near Parcora, 3800 acres, at £6 15a per acre; Arowheuua, netr Teznuka ; Rsngitata estate ; P.iveivlea estate; Albury property, at £3 10a per acre ; Awamate, at £5 15s; M&ng&tore, cear Dtnevirke, 13,200 acres, at £4 per acre. A nnmber of properties in the Waitato and elsewhere are also under offer, at prices ranging from £1 12s 6d to £5.

Bales have been already effected to the amount of £60,000.
