Tha fata ot tbo Irish Lind Law Beform Bill, he said, trembled in tho balance, and it would be impossible to pass it into law this sension if there was to be an extended discussion on it.
A motion that the Government have control o£ the time for the remainder o£ tbe session was on a division adopted by a majority of 142.
