THE MAYOR OF VIENNA. Vienna, April 27. The Emparor of Austria gave andienoa to Dr Lneger. who wag recently again elected Mayor of Vienna in defiance of the Government. It is expected that Dr Ltiegar will abandon hia claim to the mayoralty in favour of a prominent follower of ths ( Government. The Times's Vienna correspondent Rays that this is looked npon as a triumph for the antiSemitic party. At the request ot the Emparor Dr Lueger has renonnced the office of mayor to which he was recently elected.
