» Notwithstanding the inclement state of the weather on Saturday, the Taieri and Dunedin Clubs were able to play their return matoh on the Dunedin green, which was in a much better condition thau was anticipated. After a very pleasant game, the Dam-din Club won by 31 points. Players and scores :— Taieri—Howell, J. Allan, Joseph Allan, D. Campbell (s) 20 played Dunedin—J. Gilrnour, G. Brown, C. Manning, J.
