Paterson, Burk, and Co. (for whom Mr Milne appeared) v. George Manning (Riverton), ciaim £5 10a, on a, dishonoured cheque; Margaret Campbell (for whom Mr Solomon appeared) v. Walter Murray (Port Chalmers), claim £3 10s, amonnt due for board and lodgings; Louis Faigan (for whom Mr Wilkinson appeared) v. Joseph Whittey, claim £7 17a 3d for clothes supplied; Isabella Newton v. \V.. Ingram, claim £1 Is fid, for rent due; Allan Gordon.Dickie (Waihemo) v. Halvor Meinung, claim 7a, for rabbits supplied; A. Steven and Co. v. Patrick O'Kane, claim ISs 6d, for guods supplied; A. and 'I'. Burt v. C. G. Thurston(Wencontide), claim £4 ss, for goods supplied; T. E. Shiel and Co. v. Patrick O'Kane (South Dunedin), claim j£r>. I9s sd, for goods supplied ; R. Anderson and Co. (for whom Mr Sim appeared) v. Bupnemia M'Kionon (Edendale, claim £38 15s 7d,. on a dishonoured promissory note. Linda Fulton v. J. H. Kerr.—Claim £7, rent due for a stable.—Mr W. C. MacGregor appeared for plaintiff, and after evidence judgmeut was given for the amount claimed, with costs (£1 5s 6d). Mary Faulkner v. Sewlle Smith.—Claim £2155. on ajudgmentsuramons.—Mr Wilkinson appeared for the plaintiff, and defendant who did not appear, was ordered to nay the amount claimed by two instalments, in default, one month's imprisonment.
